SOHEILA ALIZADEH

RESIDENT IN COUNSELING: Supervisor: Tamara Allen, LMFT. VA License #0717001586

Therapy is exploring alternatives. It can be an opportunity to identify and address what holds us back. When there are obstacles blocking our way, it can blur our self-image, worldview, beliefs and relationships, creating pain, anxiety, fear and loss. My goal is to provide a collaborative, safe space where you can verbalize your concerns and navigate the challenges.

There are moments in everyone's life that contribute to feelings of loneliness, helplessness and overwhelm. As a counselor, I believe we process emotions and changes differently and individualized attention is essential.
