KATE CRONJE, LPC

Telehealth and Office sessions

I have a passion for helping individuals/families in all walks of life and take control of their experiences and use strengths to give them the power to grow. Your story and collection of struggles are unique to you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, but I maintain a broad spectrum of approaches and techniques to assist in reaching goals through treatment.  We will spend time understanding what you experience and why, so you can start making changes to improve your life today.

My work with children and adolescents aims to provide experiential lessons such as: cause and effect, problem solving, decision making, and finding ways to to apply these skills in their daily lives. They will be offered the chance to create meaning through visuals and communicate through them as a way to open a dialogue about situations that are hard to deal with and might otherwise feel too overwhelming to express.

Kate accepts Anthem (BCBS), Aetna, Optima (Sentara), Tricare (non-network), and UHC (OPTUM)
