What if I have to cancel or miss an appt?
All confirmed appointments must be cancelled 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a full fee charge.
Do you offer telehealth?
We offer a HIPAA compliant telehealth option for all session types. In the event you are unable to come to a scheduled in-person appointment, a tele-health (video) meeting may be substituted via your client portal at no additional charge.
How do I pay for copays and deductibles?
At the end of each business day, all client balances (deductibles & copays) will be charged to the credit card on file (auto-pay).
Do you offer medication management?
