Kate specializes in art therapy-based approaches and has a background in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families to overcome obstacles and succeed in all aspects of life. Whether it's learning to safely build emotional resilience, make meaningful connections with others, or manage problem behaviors, art/interactive therapeutic techniques promoting creativity can positively impact mindset and growth.

Kate is trained in Depression/Bipolar Disorder, Childhood Developmental Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Anxiety, behavioral challenges in children and teens, Self-Harming behavior/Suicidal Ideations, Grief and Bereavement, Anger and Stress Management, Trauma and Abuse, Self-Esteem Issues, and ADHD.

Kate is a network provider with Anthem/BCBS/Healthkeepers, Aetna, and United Healthcare (OPTUM).  She is also certified as a Tricare non-network certified practitioner.
